C.M.P.No.4814 of 2018 in TR.C.M.P.No.192 of 2017 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the petition to restore the petition in TR.C.M.P.No.192 of 2017 which was dismissed by this Court on 30.11.2017 for non-prosecution stands restored on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 20.04.2021, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
2. With this condition, the miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
