This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 711 days in representing the above Rev. Appl. SR. No.16578 of 2018.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees Thousand only) towards costs in favour of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Building, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this order will stand automatically cancelled.

4. Upon such payment of costs, this petition stands ordered.
