These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the Criminal Appeals as against the Judgment dated 23.10.2024 passed in STC.Nos.427, 226 & 227 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Poonamallee.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 16 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
