The learned counsel for the applicant in A. No.1316 of 2025 is not pressing the said application in view of the fact that the Execution Petition filed by the respondent in the said application has been dismissed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Accordingly A. No.1316 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a similar application for stay, in case, the respondent succeeds in the revision / appellate 1/3

proceedings, aggrieved by the dismissal of the Execution Petition.
