2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that charge sheet was taken on file in PRC No.1 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur and the next hearing date is on 24.03.2015.
