This writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the proceedings issued in Proc.No. CMWSSB/P&A/VC2/44828/2013 dated 29.12.2014 passed by the respondent and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent present. The learned counsel for the respondent has filed a memo on 04.01.2024 stating that the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P. No. 34149 of 2016 for the same relief and the same was allowed by this Court on 21.11.2016 and as per the directions in the said writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated into service as per the proceedings dated 27.12.2016. The said memo is taken on record. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of reinstatement of the petitioner back into service as per the directions of the said writ petition in W.P. No. 34149 of 2016, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition becomes infructuous. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
