..Respondents PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the detenu being the petitioner's husband Sakthivel, S/o. Chellamuthu, aged about 39 years, detained under impugned order under Act 14/82 vide the order of the second respondent in C3/D.O./56/2020 dated 16.05.2020 and now confined at Sub Jail, Cuddalore, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith for the limited purpose of attending his mother's funeral/last rites by calling for the records in respect of the order of detention impugned order under Act 14/82 vide order of the second respondent in C3/D.O.56/2020 dated 16.05.2020.
