ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3916 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 in Crime No.43 of 2025 Page No.1 of 4

on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3916 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 is relaxed.
