This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the notice dated 12.09.2013 of the first respondent and the consequential notice dated 18.02.2015 passed by the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
