ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 11.08.2023 against the second respondent in STC.No.261/2022 on the file of the Fast Track Court, Magistrate level at Ambattur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and perused the

materials available on record.

3. It is the case of the complainant that the petitioner is the complainant and he filed a private complaint before the Fast Track Court, Ambattur in STC.No.261 of 2022 against the second respondent. For non appearance of the second respondent, the learned Judge has issued Non Bailable warrant against the accused on 11.08.2023. However, till date, the first respondent has not taken any steps to execute the warrant against the second respondent. Hence, this court may issue appropriate direction to the first respondent.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent to execute the warrant as against the second respondent and produce before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
