PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned seniority list as on 1.1.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent reference nil dated nil and quash the same being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the rules and in violation of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner as B.t.Asst. (Engilsh) as per the seniority list of 2013-2014 as on crucial date 1.1.2013.
