Seeking permission to produce the documents listed in the Judges summons on the side of the defendants, the applicants have come up with the present application.

2.Learned counsel for the respective respondents submitted that the admissibility, relevancy and proof of the documents are yet to be gone into.

3.Marking of the documents is different from admissibility, relevancy and proof. Therefore, the application stands allowed subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.

4.It is made clear that the applicant will have to serve the copies of the documents sought to be marked on the learned counsel for the respective respondents, within a period of one week. 23.11.2016 mmi
