ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to correct the alleged error in the order passed by the first respondent subdividing the
petitioner's property, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that without notice to him, the first respondent subdivided the property by allotting the back portion of the property to the petitioner. The petitioner had given a representation on 02.02.2026 to the first respondent seeking to rectify the alleged error committed by the first respondent while sub dividing the property. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is being passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the third respondent and any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2026 seeking to correct the alleged error in the sub division of property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the third respondent and any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
