ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to initiate appropriate proceedings against the 5th respondent on the representation dated 31.07.2017 given by the petitioner and conduct an enquiry and file the report thereof within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the 5th respondent would fairly submit that the prayer made in the writ petition has become infructuous since the 3rd respondent has already issued a charge-memo to the 5th respondent on 30.08.2017.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
