Respondents Contempt Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents under the provisions of contempt of courts Act, for their willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.30663/2015 dated 29.09.2015. ORDER

This Court vide order dated 04.04.2016 has recorded the fact that the petitioner is no more and also taken note of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the contemnor that the petitioner was provided with alternate employment and he was also conferred with benefits on the basis of correct calculation.

Since, no steps have been taken to substitute the deceased petitioner by his LRs, despite opportunity given, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court is of the view that no further orders are

necessary in the light of the stand taken by the respondents / contemnors. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed and if the LRs of the deceased petitioner are aggrieved by the said proceedings, they are always at liberty to workout the remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum.
