ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 12.11.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.28182 of 2024 that the petitioner is stayed at Erode for a period of two weeks and shall report before the Erode Town Police Station on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, he shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 06.30 p.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 12.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28182 of 2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Erode for a period of two weeks and shall report before the Erode Town Police Station on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, he shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 06.30 p.m., is relaxed.
