Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner under Scheduled Tribe category for the admission to the 1st year MBBS course 2015-2016 (Application No.409449) and admit the petitioner otherwise he is eligible by accepting the sworn affidavit of the parents under the quota reserved for scheduled Tribes without insisting upon the production of the community certificate.
