ORDER

Mr.A.Venkatesan, Review Applicant/party-in-person made an endorsement that he is not pressing the review application on the ground that M.P.No.102 of 2015 in R.C.A.No.641 of 2012 on the file of the VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai is allowed.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that as M.P.No.102 of 2015 is filed to restore the said RCA which was dismissed for default and a direction may be given to VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai for speedy disposal of the RCA.

3. In view of the above, ordered as under:

(i) This review application is dismissed as not pressed; (ii) The learned VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai is directed to disposed of R.C.A.No.641 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 31st August 2017. (iii) Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
