PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, call for the records of the impugned order in K.Dis.No.36579/E6/1/14 dated 02.07.2014 passed by the second respondent, quash the same, direct the respondents to give notional promotion and consequential monetary benefit as Chief Civil Surgeon as the petitioner retired on 31.12.2012 with all attendant pensionary benefits. This writ petition is filed seeking for a certiorarified mandamus, to quash the proceedings dated 02.07.2014 in K.Dis.No.36579/E6/1/14 and to direct the respondents to give notional promotion and consequential monetary benefit as Chief Civil Surgeon.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has no instructions from the petitioner and sought for closure of this writ petition. 3.
The learned Additional Government Pleader representing the respondents submitted that the reliefs sought for by the petitioner have already been fulfilled in the proceedings dated 19.10.2016 in Ref.No.4406/E1/2016 and the salary of the petitioner is revised. He has also submitted a copy of the proceedings before this Court. 4.
Since the learned counsel for the petitioner has requested to close this writ petition and as the learned Additional Government Pleader has Page No.2 of 4
submitted that the reliefs sought for by the petitioner have already been fulfilled, cause does not survive any more for the petitioner to prosecute this case.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Connected M.P. is closed. Costs made easy.
