This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17727 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21592 of 2023, dated 08.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
