This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to file the civil revision petition against the order passed in E.A.No.3 of 2025 in E.P.No.509 of 2024 on 07.02.2025 by the XVI Small Causes Court, Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
3. Taking into consideration the submissions, this Court finds that the revision petitioner has made out a prima facie case. Therefore, leave is granted.
