ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2251 of 2025 by order dated 19.02.2025 directing the petitioner Page No.1 of 4

to appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2251 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
