ORDER

It is represented that the order which is subject matter of contempt has been complied with by proceedings Na.Ka.No.6629/2015 rg https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(1) dated 10-03-2016 and the petitioner has also joined in the said

post. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been appointed in the capacity as a fresh entrant and therefore, the order in strict sense has not been complied with.

In the light of the said development, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed and the appointment of the petitioner as an Fertiliser Salesman is without prejudice to his rights and the said contentions to be advanced in the main writ petition.
