Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.(Not known), seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in C.S.R No.105 of 201 dated 11.04.2021.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the enquiry, if a prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report, else the petition be closed.
