ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05-02-2025 Crl.O.P.No.1881 of 2025 that (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05-02-2025 Crl.O.P.No.1881 of 2025 that (b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a week, viz., on Monday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.
