Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the revised provisional zonal security list in Notification No.X/P.612/SIPF/SL/2020 dated 04.05.2020 issued by the second respondent and the consequential notification in proceedings no.X/P.535/Adhoc/IPF/2020 dated 13.05.2020 issued by the second respondent and quash the same insofar as placing the petitioner in Serial No.80 below his juniors namely the respondents 4 to 8 and consequently, direct the second respondent to revise teh provisional seniority list and promote the petitioner to the post of Inspector in Railway Protection Force.
