9933 of 2019 vide order dated 27/08/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAFI BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.P.KUMAR SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 27.08.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that show cause notice has been issued against the petitioner by the respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.
4. In view of the above stand position, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition in so far as appearance of the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation on receipt of requisite summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
