This petition has been filed to extend the time for enabling the petitioner to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24425 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 in Crime No.628 of 2023 by order dated 20.10.2023 passed by this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to execute the sureties and to comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
