Seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate and to file a final report in X Crime No.440 of 2014 dated 30.10.2014 for offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in X Crime No.440 of 2014 for offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, has been registered before the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
