This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to record the demise of Prabavathi Muthurama Reddy, the deceased first Appellant and permit her legal representative the second petitioner/third Appellant herein to prosecute the appeal.

Dr.S.Suriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has not raised any objection for allowing this petition.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.
