ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 4 th respondent to rectify the error that has crept in the patta that was issued to the petitioner with respect to the subject property by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 15.02.2025. 2.Heard Mr.T.Veerkumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1, 4 and 5 and Mr.S.Ramachandran, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and considering the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21101 of 2018 dated 29.01.2019, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 15.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
