Prayer in WP.10214 of 2021: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent herein in his proceedings C.No.2336/D1/2014, R.O.No.81/2020 dated 28.04.2020 placing the petitioner under suspension and the consequential order passed by the respondent herein in his proceedings C.No.2336/D1/2014, R.O.No.82/2020 dated 29.04.2020 not allowing the petitioner to retire from 1/4
service on attaining the age of superannuation and retained the petitioner in service and the consequential rejection order passed by the respondent herein in C.No.2336/D1/2014 dated 12.02.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to treat the period of suspension from 14.08.2008 to 27.04.2020 as duty for all purposes with pay and allowance and direct the respondent herein to allow the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 30.04.2009 with all retirement benefits including interest.

COMMON ORDER Mr.R.Prem Narayan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions and he has circulated a letter dated 03.12.2025 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court, Madras to the above effect. He also made an endorsement in the bundle.
2. Recording the above submission and letter dated 03.12.2025, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 04.12.2025 2/4
