O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by Hon'ble Principle Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.1214 of 2015 and consequently relax the condition imposed to the petitioner by order in Crl.M.P.No.1072 of 2015 before the Principle Sessions Judge on 01.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.1072 of 2015 on 01.07.2015 by the Learned Principle Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, on condition that he shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.00 am, until further orders.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions after his release on bail.
