This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to give sufficient police protection to the petitioner to survey and putting fence around the above said properties/lands based on the complaint dated 09.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner after obtaining a valid decree in O.S.No.60 of 2016, on 08.03.2019, he and one Jayalaksmi went to the said land to survey. He would further submit that the respondents 2 to 5 herein threatened the petitioner and the surveyor to survey the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

land.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the the petitioner seeks police protection for measuring and fencing his land.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry with the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
