This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 5 herein as legal representatives of deceased 2nd respondent.

2. Mr.N.Nagu Sah, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the 2nd respondent died on 22.06.2020. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring her legal heirs on record. 3.Mr. H.Shabeer Ali, learned counsel for respondents appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 2nd respondent are impleaded as respondents 3 to 5 in the above Civil Revision Petition. 11.10.2022 rpp Note.
