PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to cancel the sale deed dated 25.10.2013 document No.3880/13 pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2015. ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 to 9 brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner during the pendency of the writ petition approached the District Registrar to cancel the sale deed dated 25.10.2013 registered as Document No.3880/2013. The District Registrar conducted an enquiry and passed final orders in Proceedings dated 17.11.2022 rejecting the application. That being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. The decree granted in favour of the petitioner in O.S.No.3055 of 2014 was set aside and the plaint itself was rejected by this Court and the the order of this Court was also confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
