PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to count the period of continuity in service of the petitioner from 23.08.1978 to 30.06.2013 for the purpose of pensionary benefits and consequentially direct the respondents to refix the pensionary benefits and pay all the arrears along with 18% of interest to the petitioner.
