This Criminal Petition has been filed praying, to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.11.2014 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The prayer in the complaint is for issuance of non-traceable certificate, in respect of some documents which were lost by the petitioner. The complaint of the petitioner does not disclose commission of cognizable offence for the Police to register a case under Section 154 Cr.P.C., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
