Petition under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 70/71 to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order dated 30.10.2015 made in M.P. NO. 1 of 2011 in W.P. No. 23857 of 2010.

O R D E R

Mr.S.N. Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though arrears of wages under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 have been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ paid, but the wages to be paid by the respondents, every

month, under Section 17B of the said Act, is paid belatedly. 2.

Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the respondents are directed to pay the wages under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, every month, to the respective petitioners, on or before the 10th of every succeeding English Calendar Month.

With the above observation, the contempt petition is closed.
