This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1908 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15063 of 2021 dated 17.02.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until filing of the final report.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1908 of in Crl.O.P.No.15063 of 2021 dated 17.02.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
