ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 08.02.2015, given by the petitioner in CSR.No.21 of 2015 dated 08.02.2015 as FIR and investigate the same within a period as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The complaint lodged by the petitioner to the Inspector of Police, Kottakuppam Police Station, Villupuram District, is now pending with the District Crime Branch, Villupuram.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Villupuram, who has also issued summons to the petitioner to appear on 28.07.2015.

5. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Villupuram is directed to enquire into the complaint, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
