O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.2 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent under section 174 of Cr.P.C and thereafter, altered to offence under section 306 of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up today the learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the first respondent submitted that further action has been dropped in this matter and negative final report to that effect has already been filed before the concerned Court.

3. In such view of the matter, quashing of the First Information Report does not arise.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side], this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.07.2022 vrc
