ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking a direction for an early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.351 of 2020 along with H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2022.

2. The matter has been pending for the last three years. This Court had Page No 1 of 3

also transferred the proceedings in Tr.C.M.P.No.471 of 2021 with a direction for a joint trial along with M.C.No.1 of 2021.

3. Since divorce and maintenance applications are pending, the learned Subordinate Judge at Poonamallee is requested to treat the case on a priority basis and dispose of the same within a period of nine months, which may excludes the holidays in May 2024, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
