This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.189 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation in Crime No.189 of 2015 has been completed and the Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam on 18.02.2015. Under such circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam is directed to pass appropriate orders on the Final Report expeditiously.
