PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records connected with the impugned order of the 2nd respondent dated 12.11.2014 issued in I.A.No.207 of 2014 in I.D.No.249 of 2013 quash the same and to consequently direct the 1st respondent to produce the original Attendance Register and Pay Roll of the non-teaching staff for the period from the year 10.07.2007 to June 2014 records relating to the wages E.P.F.& Bonous and other connected original records of the part time and permanent employees viz. Attendance Register Wages Register P.F. and E.S.I. for the year period from 2007 to 2014 particulars by the records in respect of Tmt. Gandhimathi, Vinoth Balu,, Vasu and Karpagam (who jointed duty after the petitioner) before the 2nd respondent for the proper adjudication.
