This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent viz., the Government of India, represented by its Secretary to Government, Department of Personnel and Training North Block, Central Secretariat, New Delhi 110 001, as a 4th respondent to the Writ Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this W.M.P. is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main Writ Petition and post the main Writ Petition on 18.04.2023.
