PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying, to modify the condition made in para 6 (b) "the petitioner shall stay in Chennai" instead of "(b) the petitioner shall stay in Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District" passed in order in Crl.O.P.No.4251 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition made in para 6 (b) "the petitioner shall stay in Chennai" instead of "(b) the petitioner shall stay in Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District" passed in order in Crl.O.P.No.4251 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the prevailing circumstances, which prevents a person movement from one district to another district, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the extent that instead of surrendering before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottiyur and to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the all other conditions imposed in the earlier order dated 11.03.2020 shall remain unaltered.
