ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 06.02.2026 passed by the trial court, dismissing the application filed by the petitioners/defendants seeking appointment of an Advocate Commissioner.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs that the suit filed by the respondents/plaintiffs has been dismissed for default and an application has been filed to retore the said suit. Since the suit has been dismissed for default, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision.

3. After recording the fact that the suit has been dismissed for default, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive this Civil Revision Petition, in case, the suit is restored to the file of the trial court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
