Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.655 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent police and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.655 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent police and to file a final report within a stipulated time,the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.655 of 2014 was completed and final report in STC No.1595 of 2014 was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore and that the accused also pleaded guilty and paid fine on 19.09.2014.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
