approach Hon'ble National Green Tribunal, Southern Bench, to seek appropriate relief in respect of the grievance made in this petition".
2. Recording the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner Association to approach the competent forum for seeking appropriate relief, if they are so advised, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.23987 and 23988 of 2017 are also dismissed.
